Before sending a ticket

We have a self-service Knowledge base available where you can find solutions to a myriad of issues:

How to send a ticket

  1. Go to the Ticket Category Tree:
  2. Select the subject that best applies to your question or issue and click Continue.
  3. You will navigate to a Question/Answer scenario that better describes your issue.
  4. When you reach the end of the tree, you may see a brief solution for your issue.
  5. If your problem is not resolved, click Create Ticket.
    • Depending on your issue, you will have a form with a number of questions to answer.
    • Attach related files to your issue whenever applicable.

Player Support will reply as soon as possible.
