During the game, there may be issues related to the installed game client modifications (mods). You can find the list of such issues and their solutions below.
Mod (modification) is an addition to a video game that is generally written by third-party developers or amateurs using the SDK that comes with the game or special amateur programs.
If an error occurs due to the installed modifications, you can run the game client in a special safe mode that launches the game without modifications and uses the clean game client. Running the game in safe mode will not reset your settings and will not remove the modifications installed in the game client.
Launch Game Center. Click the arrow on the right side of the Play button in the main window.

In the menu that opened, select Launch the game in safe mode.

- Open Game Center.
- Go to the World of Tanks tab.
- Click Game Settings.
- Select Check and Repair in the drop-down menu.
- Wait until the process is complete and click the Play button.
- Close the World of Tanks client.
- Download the archive from our website.
- Unpack the archive, place the .bat file in the root directory of the game (for example, C:\Games\World_of_Tanks), and run it.
- Launch the game client and check if the issue is present.
