- The second step is to verify that the funds have been removed from your bank account.
I've recently made a payment, the funds were removed but no gold is in my account.
If a payment was made and the funds have been taken but the gold was has yet to reach your World of Tanks account. This means that the payment transaction was incompletely processed and was not accepted by Wargaming.
Rest assured the funds were not taken, but only remain in pending status, which is held by your financial institution.
You will need to submit a ticket concerning your payment issue to Billing Support for further details and instructions.
My payment transaction was successfully processed but I have yet to receive the gold, where is it?
Depending on the payment method used for the transaction can affect the amount of time it takes for the Gold to be applied to your account.
Please keep in mind that certain payment methods such as; Direct Debit, Western Union, ect. Can generally, take up to 3-7 business days for the payment to process successfully and for the gold to reach your account.
We recommend allowing 3-7 business days to pass before submitting a ticket to Billing Support concerning your payment issue.

Information needed when contacting Billing Support:
- Provide the payment notification sent to you by mail, which verifies the status of the payment transaction.
